Classic Horror Short ‘Call Girl’ Returns As A Comic :
The short film Call Girl impressed horror audiences with its strange and dark stance, helped out by a superb performance from Laurence R Harvey which disturbed just as much as his stellar turn in Tom Six’s Human Centipede 2. Now the story comes to another medium, thanks to Japanese animator Daiju Kurabayashi who has created a comic book set to bring the story to a whole new audience, as well as the cinematic fans. What’s more, the comic is free, downloadable from the link below.
Harvey comments on the site: “I love the way Kurabayashi-san opens up the story and makes this his own by conjuring up a wider narrative than that of the short film. I got a big kick out of that!”
