First, Three Bilboards Outside Ebbing Missouri is a psychological masterpiece that really deserved the Best Picture Oscar, which is no slight on the fantastic alien sex movie, just shows what a great time it is in the cinema.
Second, The Post, okay Hanks, Streep, Spielberg. WHAT MORE DO YOU NEED? Incredible, being a journalist perhaps it touches me more that it may for people outside our industry, but still, give it a go.
Third, Coco, the brilliant emotional Pixar masterpiece that really should have been up for Best Picture as it is a great journey through death, remembrance, music and magic. Buy.
