Poem – Unfollow The Leader :

You take yourself so seriously
Can’t even smile looking in the mirror
Even though you know that you are so pretty.
You cock a snook at the heart emojis
That follow every picture revealed,
Doesn’t that type of hate seem petty?
The tedium walking Berwick Street,
Just trying to buy some vinyl
Whilst people insist on stopping you for a snap.
But you’ll miss it when its gone, sunshine
When the followers leave
And you never get papped.
Just stirring a barely afforded Latte
While the world walks past
Oblivious to your former fame.
Congratulations,
You beat the game.
Sorry, who are you again?
